If you’re not familiar with the deliciousness that is taro, it’s really quite difficult to describe its flavor and do it justice. Taro is a root that has a sweet and nutty flavor with a hint of what seems like vanilla. In this cookie, the taro is mixed in with the dough, and is amplified by Guittard vanilla chips.
